1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Adult AI Chat and the website located at https://adultai-chat.com. By visiting, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

    2. Age Requirement

    Adult AI Chat provides an Adult AI Chat platform centered on private, text-based AI companion roleplay and related account, billing, and support features. Responses are generated by software and may be fictional, inconsistent, suggestive, or inaccurate.

    The service is offered for entertainment purposes. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgment or emergency help.

      4. User Accounts

      Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account details current, and using the account only for your own lawful purposes.

        Account Creation

            • Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, malware, scraping, credential attacks, or security testing without permission
            • Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
            • Do not attempt to bypass moderation, payment controls, account limits, or access restrictions

            6. Content and Intellectual Property

            The service includes our software, design, branding, site layout, prompts, and other protected materials. You may use the service for your personal, lawful use only, subject to these Terms.

              Our Content

              Except for rights expressly granted to you, Adult AI Chat and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service and related intellectual property.                 User-Generated Content

                You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, to the extent ownership applies. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms or the law.

                  7. Premium Features and Payments

                  By purchasing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan, applicable taxes, and any renewal charges disclosed at checkout.

                      Refunds
